Returns Information

All products are covered by our 14 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 14 days of your order date and we will refund you for the product(s).

Products must be in a brand new saleable condition, in the original packaging. products returned that do not meet this requirement will either be returned to the customer or up to a 20% charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note this does not apply to damaged or faulty products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

We advise you to send the product(s) using a form of recorded mail and obtain a Proof of Postage for proof that the goods have been returned in the unlikely event that we don’t not receive them. Shipping cost should be cover by the customer.

Exchange

If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.

Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect Items

We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes, do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience.

We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.

To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.
